it's hot and muggy.

we can  go somewhere special for our anniversary next month.

I am thinking...

about how Dan and I took a couple vacation days this week. We didn't go far, but we went to a place called American Stonehenge yesterday, and today we went to the Amherst Bog. I hadn't been to the Bog in a while, but I have good memories of bringing my kids there.

is visiting with good friends.

a book called Wheat Belly by William Davis, MD. It's written by the same guy who Dan learned about the LReuteri yogurt from. I just started it on my drive home from work tonight, and I like it, I'm learning a lot and the author has a sense of humor.

I am reading...

The Shape of Mercy by Susan Meissner, a novel about a young woman who transcribes a diary from the Salem witch trials. I just finished it actually, and I didn't love it, but it was ok. 

I am watching...

the newest Star Trek series called Star Trek: Strange new Worlds. We're on episode 4 and we like it so far. 

I am learning...

to drive a tractor! Dan and I bought a used John Deere and it's so cool! Vinny loves it, too!

In my kitchen...

I'm making tacos, granola, lots of salads, fresh juice, and more yogurt.
